3 Day Blinds District Managers Meet at Corporate Headquarters in Irvine, CA

With them, they bring first-hand information from the field and tons of ideas and enthusiasm about how we can continue on our upward trajectory and propel the business forward.  The agenda included lots of sharing of best practices, collaboration and brainstorming among the team, plus presentations by senior management where the District Managers give feedback to those of us sitting in the ivory tower about the ideas we are cooking up in merchandising, marketing, IT, and client care.

“It was fantastic to meet all of my counterparts in person, to feel the energy in the room, absorb their knowledge and share some of what I bring to the table,” said Ronda Jirik, from Colorado, the most recent addition to our team of District Managers.

After long days in meetings though, the team bonded with some social activities, including a great dinner.

Each District Manager has up to 30 3 Day Blinds Design Consultants in their territory, reporting directly to them.  Managers are responsible for making sure that every Designer has the tools and the training they need to make a professional recommendation for custom blinds, shades or shutters for the clients they meet with during the free in-home design consultation.
