3 Day Blinds Attends the International Window Coverings Exposition

A few of us from the 3 Day Blinds corporate office hit the road this week and attended Vision ’11, the International Window Coverings Expo (IWCE), in Las Vegas.  We met with suppliers of fabrics, components, finished products, machinery and services to look for ways to improve our products and services to our clients. We were also looking for partners to co-market our products with.

We were excited to see  a lot of visitors and fantastic new products that that will help us evolve our product lines, both in terms of fashion and technology.  We reviewed thousands of new fabrics, in beautiful new color palettes, many with an environmentally friendly story and looked at soft fabrications and new interpretations of classic drapery and soft shade styles.  Updated wood finishes and woven wood patterns ranged from exotic to tailored and classic.  Next generation motors were featured, including some that are charged by solar panels!  New inventions to make window treatments safer were also on display, and the newest machines to automate production were demonstrated as well.

When it comes to custom blinds, shades and shutters, we at 3 Day Blinds like to stay on the cutting edge of fashion and innovation.
